Allowing non-AD devices access the internet?

So I am setting up my first Sophos Firewall and using a SG-135 running UTM9.

I am on an AD domain and have configured the UTM with AD SSO authentication. This is fine for our AD users and traffic is flowing fine and being logged.

However we have a few contractors that work here from time to time and they will connect to the LAN the AD users are on (via wireless AP) but internet access will not work for them because they are not a member of the domain, nor are their laptops. I can't seem to figure out the best method to get this to work, I'm sure its a common thing but as I say I am new to Sophos.

Appreciate the help!
