WSUS blocked by UTM

If the Web Profile is in standard mode you have to allow port 8530 to be proxied in Filtering Options -> Misc -> Allow Target Services.

Another question, is this internal or external server? If it is internal, define proxy exception for that server.

WSUS 2 is 1:65535->8530

Is your Web Profile in Standard or in Transparent mode? Can you also please send the screenshot of it ?

When I said to bypass proxy, I meant from the client side using browser exceptons (manual, GPO or via WPAD).

It is in Full Transparent mode, so the skiplist that you configured in Mics is ignored. This option is only meaningful if the Web Profile runs in Transparent mode.

Just curious, is this production or home/lab environment, because Full Transparent mode doesn't NAT client IP addresses when doing proxying ?

It is a production hardware.

In that case, you should make proxy exception for SRV ARES in browser settings, as I mentioned several times before.
How are the client browsers configured with proxy settings...Automatic (WPAD), Manually or via GPO ?
