Locked out after setting up OTP

All:

I set up two-factor authentication with Sophos Authenticator but now I'm locked out of my administrator console. It goes to the login screen, I input my username and password, and it returns with an error that says, "Invalid username or password."

I neither changed my username nor password. Why am I seeing this instead of receiving a OTP on my phone?

Please advise because I can no longer access my UTM.

    Everyone can disregard. I figured it out on my own.

    Just in case anyone else encounters this "issue," take note:

    Once OTP is set up, you simply append the OTP from Duo Security (or Sophos Authenticator or Google Authenticator) to your password. For example, if your password is (God forbid) Password and the OTP is 123456, you type in the password--remember that passwords are case sensitive--and then add the 123456 to the end (i.e., Password123456).

    Sorry I failed to realize this before posting.
