Reporting

Does anyone have any idea on how to change the units that are displayed on a report you export? (pdf, csv, email etc)

For example, when viewing the traffic report through the web interface, it displays in GB. Do any of the exports and it displays bytes.

Unfortunately, these values are not configurable on the UTM. You can search for an existing or create a feature request at http://feature.astaro.com.
