A separate Policy and Filter Action pair for that user or add to Bypass Users (Web Protection > Filtering Options > Bypass Users).

What?????? If you have Any in Allowed Network with the Web Filtering Proxy, REMOVE IT NOW!!!! You have opened yourself up to be a proxy for the internet. Even if you are requiring authentication, still a really bad idea. Change to Internal (Network).
Contact your reseller about helping you with this initial first time setup, so mistakes like this aren't made.
