i use the sophos utm in version 9. now I have the problem that youtube video do not play because of the sophos web filter. Streaming sites are blocked. A specific AD group can unblock these websites. The users can unblock the website and can see the content, but each video do not play. I created a rule at the firewall that allow Media Streaming to any, too. On "myvideo.de" the videos are playing that i do not understand.
Sorry for my not perfect english, but i think you will understand what i mean.
