WhatsApp Issues with webfilter

Hi all,

I'm facing the issue that many users on our Office resports that Webfilter blocks WhatsApp Messenger.
Application awareness is disabled, UTM on last Version.

The specific error type is: Only one tick is visible in Whatsapp for outgoing Messages, incoming Messages do not arrive until Webfiltering is turned offline.

Can i create any exclusion rule? Does anybody have any experience on this Topic?

    I've used now following Web filter exception and will check wether it will influence positive:

    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?50\.22\.19[2-9]\.
    ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?50\.22\.2[0-5][0-5]\.
