Where to set maximum file download size?

Good day I am using UTM 9.1 and tried to download a big file and I got a message that it exceeds the maximum size I am allowed to download.

Where is the setting to change that?

We have the option at the bottom disabled , and it still blocks downloads for file over approximately 140MB . What is the "default" , and why some users in another policy are able to download that kind of files ?

Stefano,
I would first check with PolicyHelpdesk simulation what web filtering profile, policy and filter actions are applying based on defined source/destination/user combination. Then check "Block downloads larger than" parameter in resulting Filter action.
Also pay attention if there are any filtering exceptions listed in PolicyHelpdesk results.
