Unable to view images on various pages with Web Protection on

Hello all,

I am having serious issues with web protection in Transparent mode. When we go to a site such as facebook or various shopping pages some if not all the images show place holders. I know this has something to do with content filtering but i have put exception rules for sites specifically all over the place.

Has anyone ever experienced this issue? I have tried putting destination sites in the skip list but it doesnt appear to change the outcome. Is there a specific format needed to input into the skip destination list?

My guess is that you are blocking web ads that come from sites other than those for which you have made Exceptions.

Since i havent configured any settings to block facebook images where would one go to change settings or create an exception?

Sites like Facebook, Youtube, Microsoft...etc, are often pulling the content from another URLs different from the root one.
Open Web Filter live log and look which URLs are opening when you visit Facebook front page. Than put all of them to Facebook site tag and create exception for the tag, not for domain *.facebook.com.
