Blocking Torrent - Strange behavior

Hi All, 

last night I was trying to block Torrent traffic using Application Control with my 9.314 UTM Home version.

The strange thing is that if torrent is already open, enable/disable Application Control Rule where I block torrent traffic does not make any difference. Inside App. control log, torrent is logged. Anyway Torrent works.

If I close torrent and reopen, torrent will not work or will work consuming very low bandwidth (10-30k).

No tcp/udp ports are allowed by Packet filtering (only dns,email protocols). Into Firewall log I see a lot od udp traffic being blocked.

Someone has an idea?

    But how Can the client download from and upload to if all udp/tcp ports are blocked by pf rules? 

    I will check if https ports are used instead!
