SAVI engine scan failed: The virus scan failed

Hello ,

I start using windows again (check with linux also same result )and now i am getting SAVI engine scan failed: message with www.hotstar.com

Is connect method still has problem ?

or i am faceing only faceing this problem due to "My ODD setup ?(utm on kvm guest )"

edit:This site was noticeable because this site open its own and close the current site

edit2:IS ANTIVIRUS WORKING FOR YOU FOR HTTPS TRAFFICE ? MINE SEEMS TO BE NOT WORKING

Create an AV exception for hotstar.

Hello Sir,

After 9.314 this problem seems to be fix but can you please tell/check is https scanning is working for you check with Home ° EICAR - European Expert Group for IT-Security for virus

it able to download virus sample with https but it block http

What are your HTTPS scan settings in the profile you are using? It must be in "Decrypt and Scan" mode for AV to check and do not select "Do not proxy HTTPS traffic in Transparent Mode".

I'll try to remember to run the EICAR test for you tomorrow and report back.

Strange ,https scan is working now

it was same setting as you mention but how ?

i just check right after after for hotstar and eicar and hotstar work without error but eicar was able to download virus sample file with https but it was blocking with http

Strange ,very strange any way its working now

edit : ok so it was no my ODD setup ,or my odd setup is working as expected [:)]
