Website exception for Reputation limit

Hi Forum,

I can't get the URL GBOX - online whitelisted. It is blocked due to Reputation limit:

First I created an exception in the filter options with no success.
Second I tried to add the URL to the "Filter Options -> Websites" and overwrite the reputiation to "trusted". Also no success.
Any suggestions what's going wrong?

    SXL is a cloud categorization server introduced a few major versions ago, superior to the old categorization system, however some people have manually overridden things.

    At this point, there is nothing more I can think of and there isn't much that could be misconfigured.  I would contact support.
