Decrypt and scan + Transparent Mode + SSO

Hi Folks,
i have an issue while using transparent mode + Active Directory SSO in web protection log i some users shown  user="hmahmoud" ad_domain="vaio.local" 
and others users shown as  user="" ad_domain="" and skype stopped working when using this method did i missed something  !!

    Hello,

    are you using the very latest skype-version? If not, please update. I had a similar issue 3 weeks ago. 
    If the issues still existing, check i you have blocked categories that are relevand for skype (e.g. "webmail" or something).
    If that don't work try to setup a socks proxy with auth (you can use your ad-usergroup).

    The "unknown" users are - maybe - windows/program services (like java update, flash player checks and so on) which aren't running in the user context, so they wont appear as a "user"-activity.
