UserPortal - Mail-Quarantine - "View" Action not working

Dear all,

Users cannot use the View Action in the UserPortal anymore. If they select this Option, they get the following Error Message:

Perl runtime error calling eup::smtp_action: Can't use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at /jape/utils.pm line 109.

Any ideas what is causing this Problem?

We use UTM Version 9.312-8

    Hi, Zuegler, and welcome to the User BB!

    This isn't common, but it does happen to some - it is an indication that a PostgreSQL database is broken.  Since you likely have little to lose in terms of graphs and Reporting data (logs aren't affected by the following) you can try re-initializing the databases from the command line as root:
    /etc/init.d/postgresql92 rebuild

    If that doesn't work, you will need to make sure you have a good configuration backup, re-install from ISO and restore from backup.
