We launched a new web property at www.real-fix.com last week and have been receiving reports that it's being blocked for users who have Sophos products installed, amongst other reasons.
The domain was pre-registered when we purchased it, and I suspect that whatever site used to occupy it had a bad reputation (malware for example), hence it being blocked.
My question is - can anyone from Sophos confirm the specific reason for the site being blocked, and advise what steps I might take to restore the reputation of this domain?
