I'd like to enforce policies such as disabling FB during work hours. Our small office doesn't have AD. Each laptop is assigned a dynamic IP address by Sophos UTM. Whenever I create a policy under web filtering, the choices for users are individual users or group. Does it mean I have to add them 1 by 1? Assign username, email address for each?
Under group, when I add members, it again asks for username, email, etc.
Is there a way to do this easily?
