Using external proxy (Parent proxy = very slow)

I have install a Sophos UTM with home license. Now I want to configure web filtering via our ISP. They have a proxy address on port 8080. Now I configure in Web Filtering the parent proxy. But when this is active, internet is very slow. Using of CPU and memory is not very high. When I directly configure this proxy settings on client, it is not slow.

My conclusion is that the delay is much higher when the web protection module check the external proxy. Now I want to try to configure forwarding all HTTP traffic to the external proxy on port 8080.

I read some topics about NAT and SNAT, but I didn't understand how I can configure a NAT-rule for forwarding all HTTP traffic to the external proxy. 

Is there anybody that can me tell if it is possible to forward HTTP traffic by using NAT how I configure this rule?

    RPR, I haven't tried a NAT rule because there are things other than just the port when using an explicit proxy.  Are you sure the ISP's proxy does Anti-Virus?  If so, then your first choice is to configure each client to use that proxy.

    If not, then the Parent Proxy is your only secure solution.  I'm not sure what would be gained by that if the ISP's proxy doesn't do AV.
