Decypt and Scan category broken in IE

First, i already did the deployment of Proxy CA cert to my workstations using GPO and verified the certificate were there in the trusted root CA of all three browsers(IE,FireFox & Chrome) i use in my environment.

Decrypt and Scan is working well with Firefox and Chrome browser when browsing any Social Media Category(ie. facebook,twitter & flickr). But for IE users it prompts that the certificate is untrusted. I tried to click the "ignore and proceed" button, the website loads but the formatting is garbled/distorted. Browsing any https websites that does not belong in the category of decrypt and scan is loading fine in IE.

PS: Firmware Version is  9.308-16

    In case the GPO push did not work as intended, try manually installing it in IE.  When asked where to store it, select manual and place it in Trusted Certificate Authorities.  If that works, you know there was a problem in the GPO.

    Tried that already. I even exported the certificate installed in firefox and imported it in IE and still getting untrusted problems. Chrome and IE were using the same certificate store so i assume IE should be working as good as Chrome. Unless if there is a specific option in IE that don't like the process of Decrypt and Scan. 

    Users are using IE8 in xp & 7.

    Are you using transparent proxy or explicit (standard mode)?

    If you are using explicit, are all browsers configured the same way?
    If you are using transparent, what happens if you configure the browser for an explicit proxy?

    When IE complains, take a look at the certificate.  Anything odd about it?  Is the the same as the certificate that FF gets?  Can you post a screenshot of the cert?

    Have you configured anything for "Certificate for End User Pages" under Filtering Options, Misc?

    Last of all, you could try regenerating the certificate.

    It's in transparent proxy mode. 

    Ok i'll check on that and will post back once i get back in the office.
