Override malware site false positive.

Hi.

I'm trying to override a false positive (I hope) on a website that is marking it as malware. 

What is the proper way to unblock it, it looks like there are 2 options, or are both wrong?

Web Protection -> Filtering Options -> Websites -> add it as trusted, and a new category.

or

Web Protection -> Web Filter Policies -> Filter Actions -> Edit Filter Action -> Websites -> Then add it to the allow list.

    Web Protection -> Filtering Options -> Websites.

    If it is blocked due to a reputation limit, then you can use Websites to change the reputation.

    If it is blocked due to the category called Malware, then you can use Websites to change the category.

    If it is blocked due to it being detected as a virus by the AV, you can create an exception.  Fill in the destination URL to that file exactly and turn off AV.  However any AV running on your computer may also find it.
