Problem in Proxy configuration

Hi everyone,
When i set proxy configuration in both traffic or standard mode, users traffic are not sent properly.
Can anybody help me Fix this problem?

Please be specific about the symptoms. Anything in the Web Filtering log that could be relevant?

Hi, I am so grateful for your answering.
My problem is that after I set proxy configuration, some web sites are opening for clients and some are not.
plz help me to solve this..
