I'm pretty certain i'm now seeing an issue with my UTM that I used to have with my old Sophos Web Security appliance.
I'm having reports of users being unable to browse the internet. Nothing looks like it's being blocked on the UTM.
In the user's browser they do see the string of the UTM but a blank page that times out.
At this time the users account has not expired and they haven't received their 7 days warning for a password change.
I reset the users password and problem fixed.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
