I need to produce reports by department. It looks like the Departments in Web Protection should do what I want but I can't get it working - always reports no activity, which isn't the case.
We have AD authentication running. Looks like the Departments only works with local users, which I guess will mean adding all the users to the Sophos with a backend sync.
I tested it on my local Sophos account, which has backend sync, but nothing.
Am I missing something? Is there another way to do this?
Would seem logical for the Departments to use AD groups but there doesn't seem to be an option / way to do this?
