We recently installed a UTM9 appliance (f/w version 9.306-6). I'm trying to determine through the Flow Monitor which clients are using a specific Application but most of the times it returns "No data available in table" when clicking on the usercount.
The list gets populated and when I click on (for example) Spotify clients, it gives me the current clients using that Application. When I click on Windows Live clients (count 4) it returns "no data available in table" although there are users actually using it.
I waited for 10 minutes & tried different browsers but maybe it's something I'm overlooking?
