Block Skype and allow some users

Hi, 

Is any one know how to block all users use Skype except some specific users?

    I don't remember if I had anything else in mind, Luigi.  I help for free here, but not elsewhere and they didn't want to spend any money on my time.  Have you tried this trick with the SOCKS proxy?

    I don't remember if I had anything else in mind, Luigi.  I help for free here, but not elsewhere and they didn't want to spend any money on my time.  Have you tried this trick with the SOCKS proxy?

    Yes Bob, I did it four hours before your last answer; and I'm happy to say that it works very well.

    Thanks a lot for your trick.

    I'd like to say that on windows machine I also add "https://apps.skype.com/" to the "restricted sites" under "control panel/internet options/security tab" to reduce a little the load (number of requests) on the UTM.
