Allowing a specif site is not working

Good evening currently using UTM v9.109-1 as a VM.

Under URL Filtering I have the Games/Gambles categories as blocked.

I entered a domain the "Always allow these URLs/sites window" : king.com, yet the appliance still returns the error : Games not allowed.

Here is the Log entry: 2014:04:04-00:15:52 proxy03 httpproxy[5528]: id="0060" severity="info" sys="SecureWeb" sub="http" name="web request blocked, forbidden category detected" action="block" method="GET" srcip="192.168.0.132" dstip="" user="" statuscode="403" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="3263" request="0x1d8f07a0" url="www.king.com/" exceptions="" error="" country="Sweden" reason="category" category="116" reputation="neutral" categoryname="Games"

From what I see is that the "category blocking" supersedes the URL filtering.

Any hints?

PS. The same goes in order to update the java client, I allow the sun.com URL but still get: name="web request blocked, forbidden file extension detected" action="block" method="GET" srcip="192.168.0.132" dstip="24.200.246.64" user="" statuscode="403" cached="0" profile="REF_DefaultHTTPProfile (Default Proxy)" filteraction="REF_DefaultHTTPCFFAction (Default content filter action)" size="2912" request="0x1c214078" url="sdlc-esd.sun.com/.../jre1.7.0_51-pfrom45-b18.msi.

"king.com" isn't "www.king.com". Try adding www.king.com and/or using regular expressions. More information in Regular Expressions for Defining URL Patterns in Sophos UTM

On the forbidden .msi, check Web Protection->Web Filtering->AntiVirus/Malware->File Extension Filter for .msi.

I need to edit File Extensions, but can't find them. They don't seem to be located in the above location anymore. Help?

Try Web Protection>>Web Filter Profiles>>Filter Actions Tab. Edit your Filter Action, choose Downloads Tab.

No problem. Whenever there are changes to the GUI, it's always a good idea to go through that section page by page to find out where things have moved to. Five minutes of effort will save hours of frustration. [:)]
