I grabbed the samples to see what makes them tick.  Still not a wiz with this by any stretch.

Is there some technological reason that the list of available variables is so small?  The logs contain the user name and profile and that would be great to put into the message so that the user could better report what is going on.  Half the time I find that the teacher is trying to access a site using the student accounts.  This is after I have to go look through the logs.  So much easier if it could just be posted in the message.

Anyone know how to add a ""mailto:" button that would use  the users Outlook account to e-mail the block page to the admin?

Working on some templates of my own I thought I'd expand a bit on what was mentioned above about mail.

We want something the user can mail to our helpdesk when they are blocked rather than the usual "It don't work" we get over the phone.

I added a section into the template:

Subject: 

Descripton: 

Report: 

URL: 

And then added the bit to generate the email to the admin address as:

So we can get something useful from end-users. Still working on expanding it a bit.

Ideally I need some 9.2 templates to get going properly.

When we release 9.202 we will update the template samples (linked via the KB) to include Warn and the Browser Guest login.  The updating of the KB with the new variables to go along with those might take a little longer, not sure.
