I just enabled this on my home box.. on 2gb of ram, utilization rose from 40% to 53%. Browsing speed is back to phenomenal. Speedtest.net tests are still jagged as ever, which now may or may not mean anything. I was wondering, could I ask one of you guys who are using the mem-based categorization option to browse to speedtest.net, and run the test please. Let me know if your results spike all over the chart like mine?
Like I said this may or may not even be an issue anymore thanks to this new mem option as far as the user seeing any lag. However just to satisfy my own curiosity if someone else could do this and let me know I'd appreciate it.
