Can't download .exe from web

Astaro 7.0004 isn't letting me download exe files from the web, even when I create a http exception.  I was trying to download adobe's latest flash player.  I got a page from astaro "Content blocked - Blacklist" because it was an .exe.  I added an exception for adobe.com and www.adobe.com, selecting to skip extension blocking and content removal.  This didn't help.  Today I have the same problem trying to download a game for my kids:
http://www.yoyogames.com/extras/game/game_file/1747/sonic_s_airboard_2.exe
I added the following exception (I added the full url and domain):
Allowed Domains:
- http://www.yoyogames.com/extras/game/game_file/1747/sonic_s_airboard_2.exe
- www.yohogames.com
Skipping: Extension blocking / URL Filter / Content Removal

But I still get the page from Astaro that says this is blocked

    ScottG,
    go into Web Security-> http-> anti-virus and delete the exe entry.

    You might like to review some of the other entries while you are there.

    Now you might ask how I managed to get 2 identical entries into this thread. Well the http proxy in standard mode is still playing up and returning page unknown "retry" pages.

    Thi has been complained about by me since at least v7.002 and now there are a couple of threads running on this issue. Mainly happens when there is web activity from another user. Would appear as though the http proxy is not waiting long enough for a url request from either a DNS or url checking site. This would appear to have been done deliberately to improve the performance of the http proxy in my opinion.

    My link speed is 1536/256 and the link is running at about 1/4 occupancy.

    I went to Web Security > HTTP > Anti-Virus Tab > File Extension Filter section > Blocked File extension list - there was nothing in the blocked file extension list.

    The missing suffix list in the HTTP proxy antivirus page was fixed sometime ago. It might pay you to download v7.003 ISO and do a fresh installation followed by an upgrade to v7.004.

    So much for that answer. My suffix page just emptied itself and the scan size restored to 50mb.
    I was configuring the http proxy, there one minute gone the next. Might try a reboot and see what happens.

    ***Got it back. It disappears if you set remove java and a number of other things in one of your profiles. You need to restore as in untick remove content from your profiles.***
