Time based Web Application Control - how?

Question

I have home edition UTM 9. 
 I want to block use of youtube on computers and iOS devices for certain time periods for certain devices. I see that http can be blocked for certain URL's for certain devices/source IP's by time periods - this is done in Web Filtering Policies. But how do I block the Youtube application on iOS devices on certain devices for certain time periods? 
 The Application Control Rules found in Web Protection / Application Control doesn't have any time based settings.

This is not currently possible in the Application control module, as you have found its only possible in Web filtering.
