[Sophos-UTM-9.709-3] - WhatsApp Audio & Video calls are getting blocked.

and also followed the instruction mentioned in this article https://community.sophos.com/utm-firewall/f/web-protection-web-filtering-application-visibility-control/47057/whatsapp-issues-with-webfilter/172011#172011 as well still I am not able to get rid of this issue.

please assist.
