Wildixintegration.eu get blocked

Hi there,
we use a Wildix Cloud Phonesystem. i build Network Protection Rules and Web Protection Rules like recommended from Wildix. But i get the following Message in Webfiltering. I already build an exception for ^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?wildixintegration\.eu/ but its not working. I realised wildixintegration.eu answers with the ip address 127.0.0.1. If i deaktivate Proxy on Windows it works. What am i doing wrong?
