Web Filtering exception for unknown IP Addresses

Hi, We're using SplashTop by Atera and we're having issues taming the WebFiltering to allow for random IP addresses getting filtered causing the Remote Access to fail.

How can i create Web Filtering exceptions so that we can have any IP Address get unblocked as long as the URL looks like:

XX.XX.XX.XX/.../srs_connect.json
