Help! AppStore is blocked.

Whats the UTM Version? Meanwhile switch off decrypt and scan.

"Off decrypt and scan" - in this version everything works, but I need "On decrypt and scan" to work

Look in the Web Filtering Log for the used URIs and add the exceptions.

Please copy here a line from the Web Filtering log where your access was blocked.  We'll help you make the Exception you need.

I looked in the logs, the URL is url = "">https://apps.mzstatic.com/" referer = "" error = "" authtime = "0" dnstime = "10" aptptime = "341" cattime = "331" avscantime = "0" fullreqtime = "1929" device = "0" auth = "0" ua = "" exceptions = "" category = "105" reputation = "trusted" categoryname = "Business"
I just added categoryname = "Business" to the exceptions, when adding to the exceptions "">https://apps.mzstatic.com/" AppStore starts, but not all the graphical part of the interface is displayed.

Please show us the complete line from the log, Alexey.

The URL https://s.mzstatic.com/ was in the logs when trying to launch iTunes
The URL https://apps.mzstatic.com/ was in the logs when trying to launch the AppStore

Even without the first or second URL, the Podcasts application did not start. I think we need to add a URL like https: //*.mzstatic.com/ to the Exceptions

This is how the running applications look when the Exceptions for two URLs are disabled that I wrote above

statuscode="200" means that this was successful.  The lines we need to see are ones with a different statuscode.

There's at least one other line in the log where something is blocked.  The status code will be 4xx or 5xx.
