unclassified traffic

Question

Hello, 
 We are currently experiencing technical issues with Sophos utm 9 that we would like to resolve as soon as possible: 1-when a user uses the zoom application it is considered as unclassified traffic in the monitor in addition the application does not use a good speed of our internet connection therefore the quality of the sound and the video are poor. 2- When a user uses YouTube too it is considered unclassified traffic in the monitor and therefore the links viewed by the users do not show up on the reports.

 What do you learn from doing #1 in Rulz (last updated 2020-11-12) ? What about in the Web Filtering log? Please post any relevant lines here for the rest of us to look at. 
 It would also be interesting to see the output of the following command done at the command line. Assuming that you tried to use Zoom on 29 January: 
 zgrep zoom /var/log/http/2021/01/*29*|grep -oP 'statuscode=".*?"'|sort -n|uniq -c
