We are currently having a problem with Chromebooks and SSO using the Google extension. Everything appears to be setup correctly, but we are having one slight issue.
When the user logs into a Chromebook, they are prompted to sign into the Sophos Chromebook User ID extension with their Google account? After that, the app authenticates successfully. Is anyone else having this problem or know what is causing this prompt when first logging in?
