Problems with Sophos AV Engine in Web- and Mail-Protection

Since last night we have had problems with the sophos av engine on our Sophos UTM. This affects both the SMTP proxy and the web proxy. If the Sophos AV engine is selected in system settings, the SMTP proxy will not accept mail from outside, and the web proxy will give the error message "virus scan failed" when accessing websites. Once the Avira engine is enabled, everything will work fine.

Thanks for the link. But i think on Sophos UTM it is a different problem. In that advisory both av engines are affected. In my case only the sophos av engine stopped working and on my utm system i can not find anything like "avd.log".
