SG210- Quota in Filer Action Problem

I had a serious problem while configuring the quota in Filer Action -- Advanced Options as per attached . I can't edit the field ( Allowed Minutes for all categories and tags included in quota ) , I am using Sophos SG210-Firmware 9.700-5

HELP PLEASSSSE

”All site categories and tags that have been set to Quota will count towards available quota time.”
So if you don’t set anything to Quota you can’t edit the value. Please select Quota in a category.
