Complicated setup for Web Filtering (upload to parent proxy)

Hi,

I have an UTM 9 running. I would liketo use a transparent proxy for some clients in my network (kids devices).

Also I want to use an (upstream) parent proxy. What's the best practice? Enable Web filtering for those specified devices or with SNAT?
