Hi all,
the last days we had multiple times problems with our users connecting to the internet through UTM webfilter. Disabling and re-enabling the webfilter does not fix it. Instead we go into the High availability configuration and reboot the active node. After the passive takes over internet access is fine again. But in the last days it seems to repeat too often. We are running SG330 and I updated to the latest firmware version (9.351-3) on Tuesday but obviously that didn't help anything. Is this a known problem? If not, what can be the cause and where can I look for more information about the cause?
