We are having an issue with a single device on our network, the problem seems to be related to the UTM 9 web filtering. For some reason, all web traffic is blocked and the only workaround on this device is to uncheck the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" in Internet Options in Chrome/IE. This then prompts the user to enter their AD creds at which point they are able to access the internet as normal.
As far as we can see there is nothing special about this PC and there are no special rules that may affect this.
