My UTM 9 disconnecting in 13-15 minutes loops

Hey all I have decided to track when and how long my current UTM setup is messing up. Here is the flow:

Disconnects internet access every 13-15 minutes -> Takes about 25-30 seconds to come back -> repeat

It seems to be a constant 13-15 intervals when it disconnects and also a constant 25-30 seconds of nothing before it comes back online.

What setting(s) should I look for in my control panel in order to make sure I don't have a setting disabled or set up incorrectly for this type of issue to happen?

Is this an appliance or your hardware? Are you under a support contract? I have seen where the NIC was going bad and it did this. If it is an appliance move that connection to another NIC and see if the problem continues.

David, it could be related with Pattern Download/Installation Interval in Management -> Up2Date -> Configuration.

Try to increase it to 60min, and check if the same pattern occurs again.

What version are you running? Also, check the Web Filtering log. Do you see the Web Filtering proxy restarting/reloading when this happens?
