i have a general block on www.dropbox.com however i would like to open it up for one user only.

Hi there,

i have a general block on www.dropbox.com however i would like to open it up for one user only.

I have created a user and added a new exception: Matching URLs = www.dropbox.com coming from these users/groups and applied.

I am still getting a "The URL you have requested matches a forbidden application"

Can you please tell me what i am missing?

    Andy, please show a picture of the Edit of your Exception and paste the related line from the Web Filtering log into your post.
