Skip Transparent Host List not working with Echo Plus

Hi all,

Scenario:

We have an Amazon Echo Plus which uses a static MAC/IP Host-Object, because we only allow DHCP with static entries in our WiFi for the disabled residents.

Firewall Rule:   Resident Network -> any -> Internet IPv4

The main problem is, customer cannot use Echo plus for calling (Drop-In) other people.

1. We put the Echo Plus in the Transparent Proxy Skip List, but while doing this Firewall Log only shows connections to Port 123 and 53:

And Services like Musik Playing etc. is not working anymore, also device shows to be offline on alexa.amazon.com:

When deleting the host from the Skip List, it works fine without any Problems except Phone calling:

Also tried, to delete the static host object and created a new and also tried a different internal ip, but nothing works.

someone else any hints or tips?

Regards

Peter
