WhatsUp messages are working over my UTM fine, but WhatsUP Calls are not working. I allowed in the Firewall the following Ports:
TCP: 80, 443, 4244, 5222, 5223, 5228, 5242, 50318, 59234
UDP': 34784, 45395, 50318, 59234
Im using the Transparent Proxy, and added also the following under Filtering Options - Exceptions
Skip these Checks:
Block by Download Size
Anti Virus
Extension Blocking
SSL Scanning
Matching these URLS
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.com
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net
^https?://([A-Za-z0-9.-]*\.)?whatsapp\.net
But still, the Message are working but calls not. Calls via Facebook and Facetime are working fine.
What can be the issue regarding the WHatsUp Calls, what else i have to do to get them working?
