[UTM 9] User Portal ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT since update

Hello

Since we last updated our Sophos UTM 9 to v 9.713-19, our User Portal doesnt work anymore.

If we try to load it in any browser (in our office network or from outside), the browser always responds with a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. The Hostname didnt change and we didn't touch any settings regarding Ports or Firewall.

Our certificates are up to date and the WebAdmin service is running and reachable aswell.

We tried re-enabling the User Portal. No change. I also tried changing the port used by the User Portal, also no change. 

Our users are using our User Portal to manage their VPN access and 2FA. They can connect without problem but we already had a case were a coworker wasnt able to login and we have no way to f.e.: reinstall the VPN client now.

Any ideas on what setting might have changed after the update?
