Error - SSL VPN Client - JOIN to a drive mapped with SUBST

Hello Together,

Recently we have been unable to establish a remote SSL VPN. We get the following error message:
Wed Feb 08 13:33:31 2023 TCP: connect to [AF_INET]xx.xx.xx:443 failed, will try again in 5 seconds: the system tried to map a directory located on a drive mapped with JOIN to a drive mapped with SUBST.

Model: SG115
Firmware: current (9.714-4)

Setup of the network:
 - Router Swisscom (Bridge Mode)
 - Firewall connected to Swisscom

Comments:
- When I use the same SSL VPN client and connect on my firewall, everything works fine (two config files) - but a connection to the office does not work. So from my understanding I exclude a problem on the SSL VPN client
- If I want to publish the user portal (currently configured port 443) to the internet (any), this doesn't work either, it only works if I adjust the port  (another port 443)
- SSL VPN (site to site) works fine
- No NAT's configured

No changes were made on the firewall before the problem - would appreciate your help. If you have any questions or uncertainties just let me know. Many thanks in advance.

Best regards
