Customer is randomly losing connection and I see this type of error message on IPSec VPN logs, any idea what is causing them?

Informational Exchange message is invalid because it has a previously used Message ID

Quick Mode I1 message is unacceptable because it uses a previously used Message ID 0xeba6980a (perhaps this is a duplicated packet)

received Vendor ID payload [Dead Peer Detection]

    We would need to look at all of the log lines around that one - about 25 before and 25 after.  But my guess is that there's something between the two devices that is causing this problem - maybe a load balancer or something similar???
