Avoid a users podcasts goes over SSL-VPN? #podcast

I use only SSL VPN for my laptop home users.

One young user has clearly more traffic than other users I see in the daily VPN stats (almost always 10 times more near every day).

I see podcast/radio streaming Sites, so can it be that it also counts against his SSL-VPN and not only the data transfer from the Windows server drive? If so, how can we avoid that this data goes over the SSL-VPN when he uses it?

I don't mind if he streams podcasts-radio, I just want to exclude that the data comes from the normal company server drive, and if radio-streams counts, it's difficult to investigate.
