SSL VPN not working "after a while" for one user

Hi everybody,

I've one of the problems "you don't want to encounter" at a customers computer.

When the SSL VPN connection is established, everything works fine. In my case it means SMB to the fileserver and https to the Exchange Server.

The customer told me, that "after a while" maybe 30 to 90 minutes, nothing works anymore. No SMB, no Exchange.

What is really strange: I can ping the servers without any problem, that means DNS to the domain controller and ICMP to all server is working. Also internet surfing (split tunnel) is working. But Outlook says no connection to the server is available and \\servername\ at the explorer tells the same.

There is no error message at the SSL VPN log at the firewall and also the VPN client log is fine. Other users from the customer don't have a problem and the computer has been installed just a few months ago (new computer). I also uninstalled and installed the Sophos VPN client once again.

Has anybody seen such problems before?
