UTM distorts IP phones

 Our SG 105 Firewalls are distorting the ip phone calls. We tried it without the firewall and the calls were not distorted anymore. Is there any helping page / recommendations for configuring the firewalls correctly for ip telefon services?

  • There is a voip feature on the UTM where you put your clients into one part and the servers on the internet into another. This then loads rules into the firewall to assist with this.

    Are you using this? If not, you may be looking at manual QoS rules etc to rectify this.
